WHAT IS THE MOSAIC PORTAL?.... click

The Kevin R Beck Mosaic Network promotes commentary, information about, and participation in, the nation's parliaments and democratic processes. The owner of the Mosaic Portal network accepts all contributions from members of Australia's parliaments, political parties and interest groups or individuals, wishing to communicate and inform, including updated scripted news headlines and articles. Material will be posted in the individual sites on the Distribution Utility at Mosaic Portal DelphiForum site and will appear in the forum window on this, and other web sites. If you use some one else's material content, attribution must be included, as to the original source.

Among other things, look beyond the horizon of your own environment.

KEVIN R BECK ONE OF MANY AUSTRALIAN VOICES MONITORING, AND REFLECTING UPON, SECTIONS OF AUSTRALIAN COMMUNITY, PUBLIC OPINION AND GOVERNMENT POLICY

Australia's politicians, political advisers and senior public servants, members of corporate boards and managers of businesses might consider the commentary, and their relationship with government.

The operation of politics and government in Australiua

An individual without status has little influence with Ministers, and bureaucrats, if they are not a confidante of the political leaders and the party, an executive of big business, they are rich and powerful, or they are employed in a relevant enterprise where the job gives credibility. Intelligence, accuracy, intuition and presient analytical capacities, are irrelevant. Thus much of my effort in communication, face to face interaction with politicians and bureaucrats, emails and work on all of these web pages are of little effect. They are largely focused on their personal agendas. The individual, who may be
insightful in their analysis willing to endeavour, seeking to participate and contribute is patronised, kept at arms length or simply ignored. This is predominantly the modu operanid of the state governments and political parties and territories. The federal political scene is a little better though not all that flash towards outsiders.

Still it is a cathartic counter to frustration and the despondency of being ignored. Somewhere, someone is reading my work.

CAN'T YOU SEE THE FUTURE?

PREDICTIONS THAT WILL BITE AUSTRALIAN GOVERNMENTS, BUSINESS AND THE NATION
Insights, intuition and analysis (predicted as early as 2007)

In the latter part of 2008, and early in 2009, there are a number of events that will curb the government's plans and actions. These are problems of credibility and economic structure. The budget will come under severe stress, a major financial institution will stumble, paid maternity leave will be a dream of a future Australia, the Treasurer's political career, a proposal to raise the Goods and Services Tax, mortgage defaults, and other matters such as a dramatic down turn in China's economy and demand. Kevin R Beck accurately predicted the financial devastation.
